St. Agnes Academy follows a rotating schedule system. Before sending an e-mail requesting a college visit, we suggest you view the SAA Weekly Calendar and Bell Schedules to find out what time the different periods are likely to be for the day of the week you wish to visit. Additionally, take a look at the College Visits Calendar to find out if we have any times available on the date you would like to visit. Please keep in mind that the weekly schedule is subject to change to accommodate special all-school events.

To schedule a visit, please send an email to collegevisits@st-agnes.org with your name, title, school, phone number, email, and preferred dates and times. Effective August 1, 2012, St. Agnes Academy will no longer schedule any visits with colleges that call anyone in the department.

Note: The end of the quarter is a difficult time for students to miss class to meet with college representatives.  For the 2012-2013 school year, the end of the first quarter is the week of October 9-12. We also do not schedule college visits on October 17th (PSAT).

We prefer that you send a confirmation poster via e-mail to collegevisits@st-agnes.org, if at all possible.  However, if you have a confirmation letter or poster you wish to send us, please send it to:
