Counselors' Corner

Parent Reflection Sheet for Class of 2013: All rising seniors must complete a self-reflection sheet and resume that assists their college counselor in writing their letter of recommendation to colleges and universities. We give parents the opportunity to share their thoughts on their daughter by completing a parent reflection sheet. We ask that parent reflection sheets be returned to the counseling office by Friday, Mar. 9.

Jesuit Excellence Tour: St. Agnes Academy will host 16 of the Jesuit colleges and universities on our campus on Monday, Feb. 27 during third period. The old gym will be set up for a mini-college fair for our junior students. The juniors must sign up in the counseling office so that they may be excused from class that day to attend the fair. Athletics & Booster Club

All three winter sport teams won last weekend and are still in the hunt for a state title. Our soccer team won in a shoot out and the basket ball team beat St. Pius X by 30 points! Both our soccer team and our swimming and diving team will compete this weekend in San Antonio for the state title and both teams are in a very good position to win. The basketball team plays Ursuline Academy of Dallas 1 p.m. tomorrow at home. We need a full house to cheer our girls on!

Our spring sports are off to a great start with the tennis team having one of the best opening seasons ever. Please remember that we have finalized our Winter Sports Banquet plans. If you did not RSVP please return the form as soon as possible. All winter athletes and parents are invited.
