Every day is Earth Day at St. Agnes!
And, in the spring, we dedicate an entire week to a particular theme of environmental education! Past Earth Weeks have focused on the climate crisis/global warming, conservation and recycling, and how we as community members can "go green" throughout the year.

Earth Week activities involve distinguished guest speakers, debates and public forums, sustainability workshops, carbon foot-printing, incandescent-CFL light bulb exchanges, living bouquets, "seedling" fundraisers, t-shirt and other design-for-the-environment contests and artistic displays, tie-dying of old clothes, organic cakewalks and bake-sales, free-dress passes, and many other fun-filled and eco-educational things.
