During the course of the year, the Dads' Club sponsors and organizes a number of important activities. Every dad is asked to support these activities through volunteer work. Participation in these activities often has a wonderful side benefit of allowing St. Agnes Dads to share some quality time with their daughters.

Committees   Name Summary Auction Logistics The Dads' Club assists during this annual event by providing help with moving and loading heavy items as well as transporting these items from St. Agnes to the auction site.     Building & Grounds The building and grounds committee sponsors events to enhance the beauty of the St. Agnes Campus complex. The most notable contributions by this committee are the decks in the courtyard which were co-designed with St. Agnes students from the art department and constructed by the Dad's Club.     Faculty/Staff Appreciation Once a year, the Dads' Club honors the Faculty and Staff of St. Agnes with some sort of gift. The faculty/staff appreciation committee coordinates this effort.     Father-Daughter Brunch Every year,  the Dads' Club sponsors a Father/Daughter brunch. Fathers and Daughters get to spend a morning together attending a liturgical service, followed by a speaker (often a St. Agnes alum) and a delightful brunch.     Golf Tournament The Dads' Club sponsors an annual golf tournament to raise funds to support the various needs of the St. Agnes community. The tournament is held in the fall and is a wonderful way to relax and interact with other St. Agnes dads. Join us on October 15th 2007!     Graduation Ushers During graduation ceremonies, the Dads' Club provides ushers to assist with setup, seating and crowd flow before, during and after the event.     Membership Services The membership services committee maintains an inventory of St. Agnes Dad's Club golf shirts and caps for sale at various events throughout the year.     Phone Committee Whenever there is a need to rally St. Agnes' Dads into service, the phone committee  sponsors various phoneathons during the year, such as the Annual Fund phoneathon.     Powder Puff Football The St. Agnes Juniors and Seniors participate in an annual Powder Puff Football game against rival teams coached by Strake Jesuit and St. Thomas. The Dads' Club helps by managing the gate and concessions.     Raffle Car Showing Another annual fund raising event that the Dads' Club coordinates is the annual car raffle. For several weekends,  the Dads' club helps set up car showing at various local merchants, theatres, and churches in Southwest Houston.     Volunteer Events   St. Agnes is fortunate to be able to participate in several volunteer events, such as Service Day.
