The ninth grade is a great time to enter, since the students begin their high school years together. Typically they join us from more than 50 different middle schools. Everyone is new at the same time -making new friends, discovering co-curricular activities, and getting to know teachers, counselors, and courses.

Admission decisions at St. Agnes are based on the entire application. In order to select students for whom our program is a good fit, we consider work habits, attendance and discipline records, grades, test scores, teacher recommendations and the student's essay. In recent years, a consistent pattern of above-average grades and test scores is typical of our entering classes.

Our program, in keeping with the mission of the school, is college preparatory and based on the principles of the Catholic faith; it addresses the intellectual, personal, and spiritual needs of our students. We strive to admit students with varied interests, talents, and ethnic backgrounds, and have a financial aid program that helps students for whom the tuition is a burden. Parents interested in financial aid must submit the Request for Financial Aid Packet prior to December 7, 2007. The Board of Directors has set tuition at $10,225 for the 2007-2008 school year.  In addition, every ninth grader is required to purchase a laptop computer through St. Agnes.

A campus visit is recommended. Opportunities include the eighth-grade visits in the fall for students and our Open House for parents and students on Wednesday, November 7, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. Please join us at so that you can meet our students and faculty and see St. Agnes in action!
