1. Applications for the 2009-2010 school year will be available in mid-September 2008.  To request an application packet, contact the Office of Admissions at (713) 219-5400 or click here. All application materials will also be available online here in mid-September 2008.

2. The applicant's parent or guardian should complete Part I of the application. Students should complete Part II. Send the completed application with the $50 application fee to St. Agnes Academy no later than January 30, 2009.

3. All applicants are required to submit scores from a high school entrance exam in order to be considered for admission.  St. Agnes administers the Independent School Entrance Exam (ISEE). Click here for more information or see the ISEE Student Guide in the admissions packet.  Applicants should take the ISEE no later than January 31, 2009.

4. Arrange for supporting documents, including teacher recommendation forms and transcripts, to be submitted no later than January 30, 2009. Recommendation forms and the Transcript Release Form can be found here or in your application packet.

Admission decisions are based on the following:

• Grades from 6th, 7th and 8th grade
• Entrance exam results
• Teacher recommendation forms
• Student application and essay
• Attendance and discipline records
• Work habits

A consistent pattern of above average grades and test scores is typical of our entering classes.
