St. Agnes Academy has honored a graduating senior with the Veritas Award since 1981. In 2004, the Alumnae Board established the Alumnae Veritas Award for academic achievement, service, courage, and leadership. The Alumnae Veritas Award recipient for 2008 is Kathy Kokas '73.

For her generous commitment and her unwavering dedication to health-related causes and underserved populations, Kathy is the 2008 recipient of the St. Agnes Academy Alumnae Veritas Award for her inspirational life and indomitable spirit in professional and volunteer work.
