The St. Agnes Academy Board of Directors has set the tuition at $10,950 for the 2008-2009 school year. A non-refundable down payment is due at registration in the spring.  There are three options for payment of the tuition balance: Option 1 = Annual payment of balance after down payment. Option 2 = Semi-annual payment of balance after down payment. Option 3 = Bank loan from Encore Bank (Separate application required). Limited financial assistance is available to qualified students who have demonstrated need. The deadline for the submission of the Request for Financial Assistance Form (found in your application packet or available here) is Friday, December 5, 2008. Laptop Program The St. Agnes laptop program puts the latest in cutting-edge technology in the hands of all students and teachers.  As part of the program, students are required to purchase laptops through St. Agnes for use in and out of the classroom.  Laptops are embraced by the St. Agnes community as a learning tool to support the school's challenging curriculum.  Students earn 1/2 credit for Computer Applications after two years of participation in the laptop program. Students receive their laptops during a required session of computer training prior to the first day of school in August. Technical support is offered throughout the day in the C.A.V.E. which is located in room 200. Each computer comes with a four year warranty, which is serviced on campus during the school year.  For the 2008-2009 school year, the cost for the laptop computer was in the $2000 range. A non-refundable down payment is due at ninth grade registration in April. The remaining balance can be paid in one of three ways: 1) Full payment after down payment due by May 31, 2) Bank loan from Encore Bank (separate application required), or 3) Apply for financial assistance through the St. Agnes Academy Business Office by January 30, 2009. The tablet offered for the 2008-2009 academic year is the Fujitsu LifeBook T4220 Tablet PC.
