1. Contact the Office of Admissions at (713) 219-5400 to request a 2008-2009 application packet or click here to request a packet via e-mail. You may also download the application forms here.

2. Parents should complete Part I of the application. Students should complete Part II. Send the completed application with the $50 application fee to St. Agnes Academy no later than February 1, 2008.

3. Register for the Independent School Entrance Exam (ISEE). Click here for more information or see the ISEE Student Guide in the admissions packet.

4. Arrange for supporting documents, including teacher recommendation forms, principal/counselor recommendation forms, transcripts, etc., to be submitted no later than February 1, 2008. Recommendation forms and the Records Release Form can be found in your application packet or can be downloaded here.

Admission decisions are based on the following:

• Grades from 6th, 7th and 8th grade
• Entrance exam results
• Teacher recommendation forms
• Student application and essay
• Attendance and discipline records
• Work habits

A consistent pattern of above average grades and test scores is typical of our entering classes.
