Below are links to the documents needed by the Class of 2009.  In answering questions on the student brag sheet, type in the shaded boxes that appear on each page. The boxes will grow to accommodate the answers as you type. Each question should be answered thoughtfully and thoroughly. 

There is also a document for parent (s) to answer questions called the parent brag sheet. Parents can use this electronic document or fill out the form that was provided in the mail out.  A sample resume is also below as an example of how to organize a resume.

Please note that the student brag sheet, parent brag sheet and resume are due in the Counseling Office no later than Friday, August 22, 2008.  Please remember that you must turn in the entire packet at one time.  You will not be allowed to set up any counseling visits until your packet is completed and turned in.
