SAA welcomes all to fall play: "The Diary of Anne Frank"
Come and step into the small world that Anne Frank and her friends and family survived in for two years while hiding from the Nazis. This year, a combined cast from St. Agnes, Strake Jesuit, St. Thomas and Westside High Schools will perform "The Diary of Anne Frank" on Thursday, Nov 1 thru Saturday Nov. 3 at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday Nov. 4 at 3 p.m. in the SAA Auditorium. SAA readies for first Grandparents' Day
It’s time for St. Agnes Academy's first-ever Grandparents’ Day. The Grandparents’ Day invitation was mailed Monday. If we have your daughter’s grandparents' information, they should have received an invitation. If your daughter’s grandparents did not receive an invitation or if they would like to invite another special person in their life to Grandparents’ Day, please send the name and address to Sophia Furnace at sophia.furnace@st-agnes.org. An invitation will be sent out promptly.  We hope this is a special day for your daughters and their grandparents!

Substitutes needed!
We are in need of a few good substitute teachers! Parents who are available to fill-in for teachers on occasion are encouraged to contact Kim Scoville. We are especially in need of substitute teachers on November 15th and 16th, as many of the faculty will be attending the junior retreat. Habitat For Humanity Build-A-Thon Update
Thank you for your generous support of the Build-A-Thon last Friday night. We had over 230 students come! We raised over $20,000 last Friday! We're well on our way to our goal of $65,000 to build the first St.Agnes Habitat House. The weather was perfect for the movie in the court yard.  The KRBE DJ did an awesome job - and scouted some talent from the karoke going on in the cafeteria! The XBOX and Wii  games were constantly busy and the dodgeball, basketball and twister games were on going all night long! Thank you again!

Ninth Grade Parent Night
Date:  Tuesday, November 6, 2007
Time:  7 p.m.
Where:  SAA Strake Family Cafeteria

This meeting will briefly address issues related to the student’s academic record, communication with the school and transition and adjustments issues typical to ninth-grade students.

We hope you will join us for this evening of information and conversation.
