WOW! The Theater Arts/Drama Department just keeps growing and growing!

Our experienced and ambitious Drama and Theatre Arts Director, Felicia Miller, has exciting and wonderful plans for us every year. We hope to be your biggest support for extensive acting, directing, and crew training! We promote and encourage a college-level, hands-on production knowledge including crews for costumes, makeup, set design and construction, lighting and sound crew, and of course, stage managing. Throughout the year, we accumulate Thespian points, and plan group trips to see professional shows throughout Houston, and participate in hands-on workshops with professional theatre instructors and performers.

We are a tightly bonded club who leans on each other for studying, tutoring, emotional support, and spiritual growth. Theatre is a wonderful collaboration that relies heavily on involvement and provides a home for anyone who wants to be a part of our diverse and uplifting clan. Come join today!

• Sept. 17-21: Fall Musical
• Sept. 22: OUR TOWN rehearsals begin (Room 103, 3:30-5:30 p.m.)
• Nov. 3-9: Tech Week
• Nov. 10-13: Hell Week, Opening
• Nov. 13-16, 21-23: Fall Play OUR TOWN
• Dec. 10: Fall Acting Recital for Ms. Miller's classes (Thespian Club Officers required to help run show)
• Jan. 17: (tentative) Theatre Retreat (In school, 6-10 p.m.)
• Feb. 26-28, Mar. 6,7: Spring Musical
• Apr. 15-18: SOAP's (Student One Act Plays)
