• Madonna Day and Graduation Rehearsals

  • Thursday, May 22, 2025
  • Time: 10 a.m.
  • Graduation and Madonna Day rehearsal is mandatory for students.
  • Students will receive their report cards at Graduation rehearsal.

• Madonna Day Baccalaureate Mass

  • Friday, May 23, 2024 at 10 a.m. in Meyer Hall.
  • Graduates must report to the SAA competition gym by 9 a.m. and will receive honor stoles before Mass.
  • Graduates will attend in graduation regalia (caps and gowns).
  • Mass will be followed by remarks from Carleen Raymond '00 and the salutatorian’s address.
  • Traditionally, this is a more intimate celebration with students’ immediate family in attendance.
  • This event will last approximately two hours. The ceremony will be livestreamed.

• Graduation

  • Saturday, May 24, 2025 at 9 a.m. in the Strake Jesuit Competition Gym.
  • Graduates must report to the Strake Jesuit practice gym by 8 a.m.
  • Graduate seating assignments will be sent in May.
  • Graduation will include remarks from Dr. Karen G. Jakuback, the valedictorian's address, a few special awards, and the conferral of diplomas.
  • Graduation ceremony will last approximately two hours. The ceremony will be livestreamed.
  • Guests will have open seating. We ask that guests be seated by 8:55 a.m. A seating map and parking map will be sent out in May.
  • Students will be allowed 10 guests due to seating capacity, seats will not be assigned, and reservations or tickets will not be required.

• Attire for Students

  • Students will pick up their cap and gown the week of May 5 and must wear their cap and gown to both Madonna Day and Graduation.
  • Students must wear a white or neutral color dress or pant suit under their gown. 
  • Students are required to wear white, beige, or nude shoes.
  • Students may not decorate their caps.
  • Students may keep their gown after Graduation. St. Agnes does not need the gown back.

• Other Information and Reminders

  • Any students who ordered graduation announcements through Herff Jones will receive their announcements in mid-April. If you have questions regarding your announcement order, please contact Mark Branch with Herff Jones.
  • A professional photographer will take pictures of each graduate receiving her diploma. Families will receive a link to pictures after Graduation.
  • No food or drinks are allowed inside Meyer Hall or the Strake Jesuit Competition Gym. Also, we ask that guests refrain from bringing balloons, FatHeads, or banners into the ceremony.
