  • Tuition & Fees

    Tuition for the 2024-2025 school year is $25,900. 

    Application Fee

    $75 Amount is due at time of application for incoming freshmen. The fee for transfer students is $125.

    Enrollment Fee (Ninth Grade & Transfer Student)

    $250 Amount is non-refundable and due at registration

    Re-Enrollment Fee (Returning Student)

    $150 Amount is non-refundable and due at registration

    Tuition Deposit
    $500 Amount is non-refundable and due upon returning the Enrollment Contract

    Remaining Tuition
    • Option (1): Annual Payment of $25,400 due on July 1
    • Option (2): Semi-annual Payments of $12,700 due on July 1 and December 1
    • Option (3): Monthly Payments due on the 1st of each month beginning July 1 thru April 1 (Ten (10) Installments).

  • Tablet Computer

    For the 2023-2024 school year, the cost for the tablet PC is $1,725. A non-refundable down payment of $250 is due upon enrollment. The remaining laptop balance of $1,475 is due July 1. If a student qualifies for financial aid, an automatic laptop award is granted.

    Blackbaud Tuition Management

    St. Agnes has partnered with Blackbaud Tuition Management, an online tuition management service, to provide a range of payment methods and plans for our families.

    Log in to the website and look for Blackbaud Tuition Management on your resource board.

    With Blackbaud Tuition Management, St. Agnes will offer three payment plans. One-time payment due by July 1, Payment by Semester, due July 1 and December 1, or a 10-month payment plan due on the first of each month beginning July 1 through April 1. The monthly installment option incurs a 3% deferral fee. All class fees are non-refundable and are due by July 1.
    Payments may be made to Blackbaud Tuition Management by:
    • Automatic direct debit (ACH) from bank checking or savings account
    • Automatic month debit from debit or credit card
    • Payment by bank draft, credit, or debit card by phone
    • Payment by bank draft, credit, or debit card online
    • Online banking service from payer bank account
    • Check or money order by mail
    Online Banking Services
    Online bill pay services might not transfer funds electronically to Blackbaud Tuition Management. Some banks may mail paper checks instead. Please set online bill pay to occur at least 7-10 days prior to the payment due date to ensure that the check is received and processed by your scheduled due date.

    Two Types of Automatic Debit Payments
    Blackbaud Tuition Management offers automatic deduction from a bank account (ACH), or automatic recurring payment via debit or credit card. A 2.98% fee applies to payments made by credit or debit. Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express are all accepted.

    Payer ID# / Account Number is Updated Each Year
    Blackbaud Tuition Management updates account numbers each year. This means that payer banking information must be updated each year to include the new account number. The update is necessary so that funds get allocated to the correct school year. Payers should be encouraged to include the correct account number on their payment.

    All late payments will incur a $40 late fee. A $30 fee is applied for failed ACH debit transactions or for returned checks. This fee is payable to Blackbaud Tuition Management and cannot be credited by SAA.

    It is the policy of the Board of Directors that all financial obligations to the school must be kept current in order for the student to continue at St. Agnes Academy, for documents to be released (report cards and transcripts). Students with a delinquent balance will not be allowed to re-enroll for the next school year until all financial commitments are paid in full. Enrollment at St. Agnes Academy is understood to be for the full year. All class, lab, curriculum and AP test fees are non-refundable and are due by July 1.
  • Student Withdrawals

    If a student withdraws from St. Agnes Academy, a prorated tuition balance refund will be granted only in the case of (a) an extended illness, (b) a move of the student's family from the Houston area, or (c) withdrawals requested by St. Agnes Academy.  The tuition is prorated by month, with 20% of the semester tuition balance charged for each month or partial month a student is enrolled at St. Agnes Academy. Tuition balance refunds for withdrawals other than the reasons listed above will be granted as follows:
    • First semester withdrawals in August - 75% semester refunded / or 25% due,
    • First semester withdrawals in September - 50% refunded / or 50% due,
    • No refunds will be given for the first semester after September 30. Any unpaid tuition will be due for monthly payers.
    • Second semester withdrawals in January - 75% refunded / or 25% due,
    • Second semester withdrawals in February - 50% refunded / or 50% due,
    • No refunds will be given for the second semester after February 28. Any unpaid tuition will be due for monthly payers.
