Parents
Parents on campus for meetings or to attend programming need to go through a security screening via the Raptor system when they arrive on campus. Raptor screening points are located at all major entrances: Sauer Lobby, Garcia Foyer, and Rotunda Foyer. Parents can be checked in by the entrance receptionist or by using the self-check in stations located at each entrance.
Visitors are expected to wear the badge while on the premises and return it upon departure in order to be checked out of the system.
Contractors/Workers/All Other Visitors
All contractors, repair workers, sales reps, etc. must go through a security screening via the Raptor system when they arrive on campus. Raptor screening points are located at all major entrances: Sauer Lobby, Garcia Foyer, and Rotunda Foyer.
The receptionist at the arrival entrance will scan the guest's driver's license and provide them with a Raptor name tag. This Raptor name tag must be worn at all times while on campus. These guests should be met at the arrival entrance by the faculty or staff member who they are on campus to meet with.
Contractors, repair workers, sales reps, etc. cannot use self-check-in stations. Their IDs must be hand checked by the receptionist at the arrival entrance.
At the end of the meeting or event, these guests should be escorted to an exit by the hosting faculty or staff member, and their name tag should be removed and given to the receptionist to be checked out of the system.
